How does the 30-day comfort trial work?
Use the mattress at home for 30 days so your body has time to adjust. If it does not feel right, contact us within the trial period to discuss an exchange for an alternative model. The mattress must be clean, undamaged and protected with a suitable cover. Collection and any price difference are confirmed before the exchange is arranged.

What should I do when the mattress arrives?
